OUR COMPLAIN & GRIEVANCE POLICY:

1.Omama Manpower is dedicated to promptly addressing disputes at the suitable management level, making every effort for swift resolution.
2.The outcome of a formal grievance will be determined following a thorough investigation of the case.
3.Individuals and stakeholders are responsible for raising their own grievances and cannot raise a grievance on behalf of a colleague. However, workers who are recruited or recruiting through Omama Manpower have the option to designate a third party as a representative in filing a complaint.
4.Grievances can be submitted in various forms, including verbal or written complaints, and can even be dropped in the suggestion box to ensure anonymity and eliminate the fear of reprisal. Rest assured that all grievances will be treated with strict confidentiality, and the details of complaints and complainants will not be disclosed.
5.Grievances can be raised with colleagues or any other individuals. In the initial stage, it is advisable to approach the respective department head to address the issue. If the matter remains unresolved, the grievance can be escalated to the Grievance Management Committee for further review and resolution.
6.Worker grievances will be documented and processed in accordance with the complaint handling procedure. A grievance can encompass various types of problems, concerns, or complaints related to work or the work environment. It may arise from an act, omission, situation, or decision that an employee perceives as unfair, discriminatory, or unjustified.
7.A dedicated Grievance Handling Committee will be established, comprising five (5) members appointed by the Chairman/Managing Director within 10 days. The committee members will be selected to represent diverse perspectives, including gender, hierarchy, new staff, and experienced members. This committee will be responsible for examining the nature of the grievance, collecting written statements, reviewing the actions taken, providing reasons for those actions, and issuing a written decision statement.
8.The grievance procedure can be followed as outlined in the policy, or alternatively, the Human Resource Development department will create a customized procedure within fifteen (15) days in collaboration with the top management and the Grievance Handling Committee.
9.The employee will independently record the grievance, and the committee will conduct the investigation within a maximum of 21 days. However, the time frame may be extended if necessary, based on the nature of the complaint.
10.The settlement of the grievance will be resolved within one month, taking into consideration the nature of the complaint. The settlement body will maintain strict confidentiality and will not disclose any information related to the matter.
